Starting any business is tough, but starting a business that involves food and alcohol, and which requires substantial construction, is even tougher. We've been going through the planning process with the city for over 5 months now, but this week we got news that our plans are finally approved and we can pull permits to start building out the space. This is fantastic news and there will be a flurry of activity at 1755 Broadway very soon!
