June is Warming Up!

We're rolling right into June like nobody's business, so let's talk about what's happening at the pub!

Online To-Go Orders

This month we are starting online orders for to-go pickup! You'll be able to place your order online and you'll be given a time to pickup, or you can set a time in the future when you'd like your order to be ready. Once the kitchen has your order ready, you'll get a text to let you know it's ready to pick up! Just show up at the front counter with your order number. Easy as that! Hit the following link. We'll be starting online orders on June 5th.

June's Art Display

If you haven't noticed yet, we feature a new artist on our pub wall every month and this month is really special. We have photographer Vaché Geyoghlian's work on display, and it is some of the most stunning landscape photography I've ever seen. Definitely make it into the pub and take a look, and heck, maybe buy a piece or two from him.

New Beer

We've been working on some new beers that will be ready throughout the month. First up, we'll have a new Bohemian Pilsner for you folks who love that toasted biscuit character without the hoppiness. Then we're trying something a little different with our 1901, a French style farmhouse ale. Light amber with a toasted malt aroma and a nice sweetness, this is a beer for relaxing with. Next, we're going all out for the hop heads with a new west coast IPA we're calling Ride the Lighting. We're shooting for a higher ABV and hitting it hard with Magnum and Chinook hops for that rich, piney, spicy, and citrus hop character. Lastly, we're evolving our ever popular Hitch a Ride NEIPA. With every batch, we'll be exploring new and exciting hop flavors. So keep an eye out for our next iteration late in the month.

New Pizzas

Of course, you really can't fully enjoy a good beer without some good food. So we've introduced two new pizzas. First up, we love simple, fresh and natural flavors, so we're introducing the Farmhouse. Our trademark dough is covered in red sauce and the highest quality mozzarella, then topped with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, arugula, and a touch of flaked parmesan for an amazing palette of flavor. Next, and we know some people are gonna hate, but hey, we're the guys who put pickles on a pizza, remember? We're rolling out our Pineapple and Prosciutto pizza. The perfect blend of sweet and savory. Don't miss this one.

Wrap Up

Don't forget we have Trivia night every Tuesday, we have Bingo and Video Game nights this month, we're doing the vinyl swap meet again, and as always, the pub is the place to just chill with friends over food and drink! See you at the pub!

One more fun trivia fact for those who actually made it to the bottom of this post! Our namesake, South of Shaw (the band), released their most popular album "June" this month, way back in 2005! If you're nostalgic and love a little old school pop-punk, you can grab a copy at the pub!
