Sister City Collaboration Release Party

We had an amazing time at our 2nd Annual Sister City Collaboration Party! This year, we teamed up with our great friends at South Horizon Brewing in Kochi, Japan, to brew a delicious rice lager. We released it on July 26th to an eager crowd of beer enthusiasts, a delegation from the Sister City program, and representatives from the City of Fresno and the California State Senate.

If you missed the party, not to worry! We’ve got plenty of rice lager on tap and in cans, so swing by and enjoy its crisp, refreshing flavor throughout the summer. Stay tuned as we firm up plans for our next collaboration with our sister city in Mexico!

That’s right—South of Shaw is expanding! We just signed a lease for a brand-new spot in Clovis, and we’re bringing the full brewery and pizzeria experience with us. The beer you love, the pizza you crave, and the vibe you know—all coming to your neighborhood in 2026.
