International Collaboration Beer Release – Round Two!

We’ve teamed up with our friends at South Horizon Brewing in Kochi, Japan to bring you something special—a Japanese-inspired Rice Lager that’s anything but ordinary.

This isn’t your typical commercial rice lager. We hit it with Northern Brewer, Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops to dial in bright fruit character and a balanced bitterness, with a smooth, slightly fuller finish than your typical dry lager.

To celebrate, we’re firing up a fusion pizza—our Neapolitan crust loaded with bold Asian flavors—and rolling in a sushi truck to round it out.
